Page is a highly experienced appellate and trial lawyer who has represented defendants in complex, high-stakes litigation throughout Georgia and the Southeast for more than three decades. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of healthcare providers and institutions, product manufacturers, and medical-device manufacturers, with substantial experience handling matters through both the trial and appellate stages.
Page regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals and has served as appellate counsel for numerous defense clients in matters resulting in approximately 60 published appellate decisions. His extensive trial background provides an important perspective in appeals, particularly in complex cases involving significant damages and sophisticated medical, product liability, and professional issues.
An accomplished first-chair trial lawyer, Page has tried more than 50 cases as lead counsel. He has extensive courtroom experience across metropolitan Atlanta and in venues throughout Georgia and the Southeast, giving him a strong understanding of the underlying trial issues that frequently shape appellate strategy and review.
His professional standing has been recognized through selection to Georgia Super Lawyers since 2007, an AV peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and recognition as CVN Georgia’s Defense Attorney of the Year in 2016.
Page earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 1994 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
